Hot stones added to one of three areas (back/legs/arms) for bonus relaxation and wellness. Heat will allow the muscles to relax more quickly and will encourage circulation.

Homemade coconut oil/sugar scrub applied to your feet with hot towels.

Don't want to get up just yet? No rush!! Add the meditation time and enjoy 15-30m of relaxation, allowing yourself to feel relaxed and pampered after your session.

Warming gel worked into overexerted muscles allowing for greater relief and relaxation. The heat will allow the muscles to be worked at a deeper and facilitate the needed circulation to remove the buildup of toxins in the muscles.

Cooling gel will be applied after to aid in the relief of potential inflamation.

Warm towels will be used intermittently during the service.
